RACE TO WIN · LEGAL & COMPETITION FRAMEWORK

Terms of Use and Prize Verification Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026. These terms describe platform use, competition integrity, and the proposed prize verification process. A prize is not offered or guaranteed unless an applicable competition is expressly announced as active with its official rules, eligibility requirements, amounts, and dates.

1. Acceptance and scope

By using Race To Win, you agree to follow applicable platform rules and laws. If a paid or prize-bearing competition becomes available, its separately published official rules control in the event of a conflict. Material changes to competition rules will be announced prospectively; we will not retroactively change a completed competition's announced scoring or prize criteria.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Players must provide accurate account information, maintain control of their account, and use only accounts permitted by the applicable competition rules. Prize eligibility may require proof of age, legal residence, identity, and lawful ability to receive payment. Age limits, geographic restrictions, and any prohibited jurisdictions must be stated in the official rules before prize entry opens. Do not submit sensitive identity documents unless requested through an authorized secure process.

3. Verified scoring and weekly results

Only server-verified, eligible runs count toward official standings. The current published scoring format uses each player's seven highest verified runs per day and sums those daily totals from Monday through Sunday in the America/New_York time zone. A new tournament week begins Monday at 12:00 a.m. New York time. Prior results remain historical records and do not carry into the new weekly total. Scores shown before review are provisional; ties and prize allocations follow the official rules for the applicable event.

4. Fair play and prohibited conduct

Cheating, automation or bots used to gain an unfair advantage, falsified gameplay inputs, score manipulation, replay attacks, unauthorized API or database access, exploitation of vulnerabilities, account sharing to evade limits, collusion, and fraudulent prize claims are prohibited. Technical signals alone, including opening browser developer tools, do not automatically establish cheating. Suspected violations may result in temporary holds or restricted access pending investigation. Confirmed serious or repeated misconduct may lead to disqualification, forfeiture of an ineligible award, or permanent account suspension, subject to applicable law and a reasonable review process.

5. Integrity checks and human review

Race To Win may validate gameplay through server-side simulation, timing, distance, collision, session integrity, abuse signals, and account activity. Automated systems may flag or hold suspicious results, but flags are not conclusive findings. Authorized human reviewers assess relevant evidence, investigate anomalies, and decide whether results are valid, require additional verification, or should be disqualified. We may request reasonable supporting information through official channels. A review may delay leaderboard finalization or payment.

6. Prize status is not payment approval

Being displayed in the TOP 3, LAST WEEK WINNERS, or another ranking does not establish a final entitlement to a prize. Any displayed amount may be provisional until the player's eligibility, verified scores, competition results, fraud review, and payment details are approved. The operator retains final human authorization over each payment. No bot, automated agent, or scheduled process is authorized to release prize funds without that approval.

7. Claims, minimum withdrawals, and payment conditions

For a prize program that expressly adopts these conditions, a minimum withdrawal balance of US$10 applies; smaller valid awards remain in the player's eligible balance until the threshold is met, subject to the announced program rules. A claim window and any expiration deadline must be disclosed in the specific competition rules before entry; unannounced deadlines will not be used to cancel an earned award. Payment may require identity and eligibility checks, fraud clearance, accurate payout details, and compliance with tax, sanctions, and other applicable legal requirements. We will disclose supported payment methods and any player-paid fees before a withdrawal is confirmed. We do not guarantee an exact payment date while verification or legal compliance is pending.

8. Holds, disqualification, and appeals

A suspected issue may place a score or prize under review. If an award is denied or an account is permanently suspended, the affected player should receive a reason to the extent disclosure does not compromise security or another person's privacy, and an opportunity to request human reconsideration through an official support channel. Decisions must be based on documented evidence and applied consistently. No prize may be transferred or paid while eligibility remains unresolved.

9. Service availability and changes

Gameplay, competitions, advertisements, and prize features may be modified, paused, or discontinued where reasonably necessary for security, technical reliability, or legal compliance. We will not represent test balances, simulations, or provisional rankings as withdrawable cash. If a competition is canceled or interrupted, its announced official rules and applicable law govern the treatment of eligible entries and awards.

10. Privacy, records, and communications

Gameplay integrity and payment verification may require limited records of sessions, scores, fraud reviews, and claim decisions. Personal information must be handled under a separately published, accurate Privacy Policy, with appropriate access controls and retention periods. Players must be provided a functioning official support and appeals contact before cash prizes are enabled. Do not send identity documents or banking information through public chats or social media messages.

11. No waiver of legal rights

Nothing in these terms removes consumer protections or other rights that cannot legally be waived. Prize contests, promotional sweepstakes, taxes, and payment services may be subject to additional local laws. Any cash-prize launch requires jurisdiction-specific legal review, an identified operator, published official rules, and a complete Privacy Policy.

Launch notice: This is a published draft policy framework, not confirmation that a cash-prize competition is currently active. Prize-specific amounts, age and territory eligibility, claim deadlines, operator identity, support contact, and payment methods must be finalized and reviewed before prize entry opens.
